আত্মবিশ্বাস — কোনো সরকারি প্রতিষ্ঠান বা এনজিও নয়। এটি সম্পূর্ণ ব্যক্তিগত উদ্যোগে পরিচালিত ব্যক্তিগত মালিকানাধীন একটি ব্যবসায়িক প্রতিষ্ঠান।

আত্মবিশ্বাসের বেশ কয়েকটি শাখা রয়েছে। বিভিন্ন ব্যবসায়িক শাখার মধ্যে একটি শাখা — নারী ও শিশুদের জন্য কিছু ইতিবাচক উদ্যোগ নেওয়ার উদ্দেশ্যে কাজ করার ইচ্ছা রাখে এবং পরিকল্পনা করে যাচ্ছে।

১. বর্তমানে আত্মবিশ্বাসে নারীদের ভূমিকা:-
আত্মবিশ্বাসের সকল কার্যক্রম বর্তমানে নারীরাই পরিচালনা করছেন। ওয়েবসাইট ডেভেলপমেন্ট, ভিডিও এডিটিং, মডারেটর, কল সেন্টার, অফিস সহায়ক থেকে শুরু করে, বর্তমানে আত্মবিশ্বাসের ছোট্ট অফিস পরিসরে বড় থেকে ছোট পরিসরের বিভিন্ন দায়িত্বে শুধুমাত্র নারীরাই কাজ করছেন এবং ভবিষ্যৎ পরিকল্পনাতেও এই নারী-কেন্দ্রিক কর্মপরিবেশ বজায় রাখার লক্ষ্য রয়েছে। ভবিষ্যতে আত্মবিশ্বাসের বিভিন্ন কার্যক্রম নারীরাই পরিকল্পনা করবে, নারীরাই পরিচালনা করবে এবং নারীরাই এগিয়ে নিয়ে যাবে — এই লক্ষ্যকে সামনে রেখেই প্রতিষ্ঠানটি ধীরে ধীরে এগিয়ে যাচ্ছে।
এখানে নারীরা নিজেদের দক্ষতা কাজে লাগিয়ে বিভিন্ন দায়িত্ব পালন, কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা অর্জন এবং আয়ের সুযোগ তৈরি করার মাধ্যমে নারীরা এখানে নিজেদের সক্ষমতা বিকাশের সুযোগ পাচ্ছেন। পাশাপাশি নারীদের জন্য একটি নিরাপদ, স্বাচ্ছন্দ্যপূর্ণ ও সহযোগিতামূলক অফিস কর্মপরিবেশ তৈরি করার বিষয়টিকেও গুরুত্ব দেওয়া হচ্ছে।
ছোট পরিসর থেকে শুরু হলেও নারীদের কাজের সুযোগ, দায়িত্ব, দক্ষতা ও নেতৃত্বের সুযোগ তৈরি করার মাধ্যমে নিজেদের পায়ে দাঁড়ানোর পথকে আরও সহজ করা — এটাই আত্মবিশ্বাসের নারী-কেন্দ্রিক উদ্যোগের একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ উদ্দেশ্য।
২. শিশুদের নিয়ে আসন্ন প্রকল্প — আত্মবিশ্বাস FRIDAY SCHOOL
শিশুদের জন্য আত্মবিশ্বাসের একটি আসন্ন উদ্যোগ আত্মবিশ্বাস FRIDAY SCHOOL।
1 Hour Homework-এর একই শ্রেণিকক্ষ ও শিক্ষার পরিবেশে শুক্রবারে এই কার্যক্রম পরিচালনার পরিকল্পনা করা হয়েছে। বিশেষ করে কর্মজীবী শিশু ও সুবিধাবঞ্চিত/পথশিশুদের জন্য সপ্তাহে একদিন দুই ঘণ্টা প্রয়োজনীয় শিক্ষা গ্রহণের সুযোগ তৈরি করাই এই উদ্যোগের উদ্দেশ্য।
এখানে শিশুদের বাংলা, ইংরেজি, গণিত, সাধারণ জ্ঞান ও প্রাথমিক কম্পিউটার চালনা শেখানোর পরিকল্পনা রয়েছে।
প্রস্তুতির কাজ চলছে এবং সম্ভাব্যভাবে ৮ জানুয়ারি ২০২৭ থেকে আত্মবিশ্বাস FRIDAY SCHOOL-এর কার্যক্রম শুরু করার পরিকল্পনা রয়েছে।
৩. নারীদের ক্ষমতায়ণে আসন্ন প্রকল্প — বিনামূল্যে নারীদের ১. ফ্রিল্যান্সিং ও অনলাইন আউটসোর্সিং প্রশিক্ষণ ২. অনলাইন বিজনেস (ই-কমার্স)
উপরোক্ত ২টি ক্যাটাগরিতে নারীদের বিনামূল্যে প্রশিক্ষণ প্রদান ও আয়ের পথ করে দেয়া আমাদের ভবিষ্যৎ পরিকল্পনা, যা সম্ভাব্যভাবে ১ নভেম্বর ২০২৭ থেকে কার্যক্রম শুরু করার লক্ষ্য রয়েছে।

1. The Current Role of Women at Attobisshash:-
All of Attobisshash's activities are currently run by women. From website development, video editing, moderation, call center work, to office assistant duties — in Attobisshash's small office today, women alone handle every responsibility, big or small, and the goal going forward is to maintain this women-centered work environment. In the future, Attobisshash's activities will be planned by women, run by women, and led forward by women — the organization is steadily moving ahead with this goal in mind.
Here, women get the opportunity to develop their own capabilities — by putting their skills to use, taking on various responsibilities, gaining work experience, and creating income opportunities. Alongside this, importance is also given to creating a safe, comfortable, and cooperative office work environment for women.
Even though it started small, making the path to standing on their own feet easier for women — by creating opportunities for work, responsibility, skill-building, and leadership — is an important goal of Attobisshash's women-centered initiative.
2. Upcoming Project for Children — Attobisshash FRIDAY SCHOOL
An upcoming initiative from Attobisshash for children is Attobisshash FRIDAY SCHOOL.
It is planned to run on Fridays, in the same classroom and learning environment as 1 Hour Homework. The goal of this initiative is to create an opportunity for essential education, two hours a week, especially for working children and underprivileged/street children.
The plan is to teach children Bangla, English, Math, General Knowledge, and basic computer skills here.
Preparations are underway, and the plan is to potentially start Attobisshash FRIDAY SCHOOL's activities from January 8, 2027.
3. Upcoming Project for Women's Empowerment — Free Training for Women in 1. Freelancing & Online Outsourcing 2. Online Business (E-commerce)
Our future plan is to provide free training to women in the above 2 categories and create income opportunities for them, with the goal of potentially starting this from November 1, 2027.
